For family and caregivers
You don't have time to be tech support.
We do.
Call or text the Tech Coach, any hour, in any language. We take the questions that would otherwise come to you, and we take them at their pace. They build independence. You get your time back. Free for both of you.
The calls you get
You'd help if you could.
The time isn't always there.
It isn't that you don't want to. The questions arrive during meetings, during dinner, on the school run, and teaching something properly asks for more time than those moments leave. Time is the part we can give.
“It's asking for a password and I don't know which one.”
“The printer's doing that thing again.”
“Is this email real? It says my account is closing.”
“How do I get the pharmacy to send the refill?”
“Show me how to do the video call again. I wrote it down but I lost the paper.”
What we pick up
We teach at their pace.
However long that takes.
The Tech Coach answers at any hour, in 70+ languages, and takes it at whatever pace suits them. It asks what phone they've got and matches the steps to it. Every question they work through builds a little more independence.
Answers at 6am and 11pm
No appointment and no hold music. Whenever the question comes up, the Tech Coach is already there.
Ask as often as you like
Most people hear something a few times before it sticks. The Tech Coach is glad to go again, from the top, whenever they want.
Steps they can follow alone
One at a time, numbered, matched to the phone in their hand rather than a generic one. Every one they finish alone is independence they keep.
Repeat it as many times as you like
They can ask it to go back a step, say it again, or start over from the beginning. The Tech Coach is happy to do that.
Take a look inside

It's as easy as it looks.

What's next
Soon you'll be able to share
a lesson straight to their phone.
You notice where they could use a hand. You choose a lesson, it lands on their phone, and the Tech Coach guides them through it. Support that's there whenever they need it.
Caregiver Dashboard
Share a lesson with someone you look after, see what they've finished, and set what you'd like the Tech Coach to work on with them next.
Tell us what you need it to do. This app is built by caregivers, for caregivers. We're a small, dedicated team, so what you tell us reaches the people building it instead of getting lost in a queue.
Who's behind it
The $10 CVS gift card
A real reason
to open it the first week.
The CVS lesson covers refills, reminders, and finding a prescription without a phone call. They finish it, tap Claim, and a $10 CVS gift card comes by email. The first thing they learn pays for itself.
They download the app
Free on the App Store and Google Play. Nothing to set up first.
They finish the CVS lesson
It's in the Partner section, a few minutes start to finish, with the Tech Coach beside them.
They tap Claim
Name, email, and a phone number to confirm. The card arrives by email.
Limited quantity, while supplies last. One per person and one per device. New users only: the claim option appears for accounts created within seven days of downloading the app. Offer runs September 24 – December 31, 2026 or until all cards are claimed. US residents 18+. Get started
A few minutes together,
and it's theirs from there.
If you're sitting together, scan the code. If you're not, the store links work just the same.
Who built it
Made by caregivers,
for caregivers.
Several of us have done this ourselves, for people we love. We didn't build this from a list of features. We built it from the evenings we wished we'd had someone there to help.
“As a caregiver to my father, who passed away from Alzheimer's, I know the daily stress caregivers carry. Even something as simple as helping a loved one send a text, find a photo, or resetting a game of solitaire can quickly become frustrating for both of you. STC Learn's Tech Coach can be the difference between an argument and a calm conversation. I only wish it had been available when my father was alive.”
Questions?
You have questions.
We have answers.
Anything that isn't here, we're happy to answer any time.
What does it cost?
Nothing, for them or for you. No subscription, nothing to buy inside the app, and no card required at any point.
Do I have to set it up for them?
No. There is no account to create and nothing to configure before they can start a lesson. If you're together, scan the code further up this page and their camera takes them straight to the right store. If you're not, the download buttons do the same, or they can search for STC Learn on the App Store or Google Play themselves. And if they would rather start without the app, they can call or text the Tech Coach on 786-822-7024 — that needs no setup at all.
Will they be able to use it on their own?
That is what it is built for. Lessons move one step at a time, they can repeat a step or start over as often as they want, and there is a question mark on every screen. Nobody has to be looking over their shoulder.
What happens when they get stuck and I am not around?
They call or text the Tech Coach. It answers at any hour, in more than seventy languages, asks what phone they have, and stays with them until the thing works. That is the part that takes the questions off your plate.
How does this build their independence?
Because the aim is independence, not a one-time answer. When someone works a step out themselves they keep it, and the confidence carries into the next thing they try. Over a few weeks that turns into booking their own appointments, sending their own photos, and calling you just to talk.
What is the $10 CVS gift card?
When they finish the CVS pharmacy lesson in the app, the last screen offers a $10 CVS gift card. They tap Claim and enter a name, email and mobile number so we can confirm it is a real person, and the card arrives by email. The offer is for new users, one per person, while they last. CVS Pharmacy is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this promotion.
